So, I’m a big fan of food, which is probably bleedingly obvious by now. However, when I’m cooking at home, my favourite meals are very simple! I rarely cook with a recipe. If you keep it simple, the ingredients alone taste absolutely fabulous. Here’s an example. Today’s lunch! We had fresh organic chard from the market this morning, fresh organic cherry tomatoes of different varieties, some basil from our plant on the balcony, and a couple pieces of local salmon. This whole meal took about 11 minutes to make in total.
