First, I rough chopped the Chard. This took less than a minute

Then I stuffed it all in my most loved/used kitchen tool: an electric steamer! I set the timer for 10 minutes. Everything else we made while the chard cooked

Meanwhile, Paul got the pan hot, used a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and put a little salt on pepper on the fish and cooked the fish for about 4 min on the skin side then 3 min on the other side.

I rinsed off the tomatoes and picked a few sprigs of basil from outside, then sliced the tomatoes in half with my sharpest paring knife and rough chopped the basil leaves.

I gave it a little mix with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a splash of good Balsamico, and a pinch of Fleur de Sel. This took like.. 3 or 4 minutes tops. With the rest of your 10 minutes while the greens cook, you can check on the fish or get out the plates or whatever.

Once everything is ready, plate it up.

and Ta Da! A delicious meal in 10 minutes flat!

We generally put a drizzle of olive oil on our veggies and a sprinkle of fleur de sel - not too much, just enough to enhance the flavour, not overpower it.
